User profiles​

General cosmetic clean up of profiles. Also has options to pick what does/does not show on the user blurb.

If you remove certain things from the user blurb (for example join date), it will still be available on the About tab on user profiles.

• Username @ prefix is slightly smaller (85%).
• inline-block applied to usernames and display names (prevents wrapping between @ prefix and username)

• Use CSS flex for usernames (better handling of long usernames or display names)
• Made change to template modification for better compatibility with custom themes (UI.X 2 in this case)
