This article is for students who just enrolled in the 2nd semester and are confused after seeing a notification on their LMS. We have seen students getting confused during course selection time and asking "What we should do with it?" when they see an announcement on their LMS below the main menu. But don't worry, we have got your back. We will provide you necessary details on How to do Course Selection at Virtual University.
After doing the course selection, wait for a few minutes. Your LMS will be updated soon. Make sure the following thing before the course selection deadline:
What is Course Selection?
Course Selection is the step where you can choose the courses/subjects that you will study in your upcoming semester. You can choose different courses according to your study program.How I can do Course Selection?
- First go to VULMS and log in with your account.
- A notification will appear on the main menu bar. (If not then click on "Student Services" and then "Course Selection")
- A webpage will appear containing the list of your upcoming courses.
- This list may contain courses for two semesters. (If you enrolled in the 2nd semester then you may see courses of both the 2nd & 3rd semester)
- Click on checkboxes of your current semester sources. (There may have two courses labeled "Elective". You have to choose one of them.)
- Click on the "Save" button & you are done.
After doing the course selection, wait for a few minutes. Your LMS will be updated soon. Make sure the following thing before the course selection deadline:
- Choose from the right course list.
- Choose courses from the right period.
- Choose courses for which you meet all requirements.
- Choose an appropriate "Elective" course.
