• Require StandardLib v1.22.0+
• Fix edge case where 1000/1000k is rendered instead of 1k/1m
• Rework how non-exact rounding is applied
  • Use phrases (svWordCount_inexact_word_count.) instead of hard-code appending the unit
  • Rework word-count rounding to avoid unexpectedly aggressive number rounding
  • Fix decimal point from the user's language was not respected
