• Twilio configuration is required for sending SMS

Create Custom services​

Step: Setup->Reminder settings->Reminder services-> Add New service

Enable Staff Reminder Trigger SMS in setting​

Step: Setup->Settings->SMS->Staff Reminder(section)->Click on Available merge fields links and copy merge fields and paste text area then save it.
