[Ap Yazılım] Announcement Area – Update Notes

With this new update, the [Ap Yazılım] Announcement Area is now more flexible and user-friendly! You can easily change the position of the announcement area from the plugin settings. Additionally, the close button is no longer always displayed and can now be shown or hidden entirely at the admin’s discretion.

New Features:
Announcement Area Positioning – Display the announcement anywhere on your forum (homepage, specific forums, or all pages).
Close Button Management – The button can now be set to visible or hidden based on the admin’s preference.
