[AddonsLab] Post Limit Per Node 2.7.3

This release fixes a XenForo 2.3 compatibility issue where the limit message was not appearing at the top of the thread page

• This release resolves “insufficient privileges” showing at the forum/thread top location even when the user can actually post/reply.

Added new options to display restriction messages for posts and threads at the top of thread list and post list
