Active eCommerce Offline Payment Add-on v1.7

— Admins can now manually recharge customer wallets via Offline Payment Methods directly from the admin panel.
— Customers can request refund payouts using Offline Payment Methods. Admins can review, approve, and manually send the refund amount through the customer-configured payment module.
*Requires Active eCommerce Refund Add-on v2.1 or later.

— Implemented AJAX-based offline wallet requests for faster loading and improved performance, with separate tabs for better navigation in both Admin and Seller panels.

— Compatible with Active eCommerce CMS v10.4.1
